    Safe Deposit Boxes1

    Protect your prized possessions. Safe deposit boxes are available for rent in our Bolton, Boylston, Clinton, Shrewsbury, Sterling, and West Boyslton branches. Sizes and availability may vary per branch. Preferred Checking customers receive a 35% discount on safe deposit boxes.

    • 3" x 5" x 24" – $40/year
    • 5" x 5" x 24" – $50/year
    • 3" x 10" x 24" – $60/year
    • 5" x 10" x 24" – $100/year
    • 10" x 10" x 24" – $150/year

    Associated Fees

    • Late fee – $15/month
    • Lock replacement – $25 (plus locksmith fees)
    • Box closed/lost key replacement – $25
    • Box drilling – $25 (plus locksmith fees)

     

    Coin Machines and Shred Machines 

    You can cash in your coin or if you need a secure place to shred documents we've got you covered. See which locations have machines available. Please note that coin machines are unavailable 30 minutes before branch closing. 

    Notary Services

    Notary services are offered at each branch location — free of charge. No appointment required. Just visit your local CSB branch and ask to see our Notary Public. We also offer Medallion Signature Guarantees for CSB customers.

    Direct Deposit

    Build your balance — automatically. Have all or part of your check deposited to your account every month.

    Wire Transfer Services

    Move money locally, regionally, or even internationally with ease. We offer both incoming and outgoing wire transfer services for CSB customers. Stop in at any local branch to make a wire transfer. 

    Incoming

    • Domestic – $15
    • Foreign – $20

    Outgoing

    • Domestic – $25
    • Foreign – $40
    • Plus correspondent bank fees (rejected)

    Night Depository

    Make deposits on your schedule — even when the bank is closed. Just use the night depository at your local branch. Deposited funds are verified and deposited the next business day.

    • Night deposit service annual fee – $15
    • Bag replacement/lost key – $15

    Keyed bag or disposable deposit bags available. Fee depends on bags ordered.

    Bank Checks

    Treasurer's checks and money orders are available at each branch location. Receive one free check per day if withdrawn from your CSB account or unlimited with a Preferred Checking Account.
