In John’s 35 years as a member of the mortgage industry, he has remained steadfast in the importance of customers always asking questions as well as voicing their worries & concerns so he can take on all of that to suppress any concerns they may have.

Through honest questions come honest answers, which will create a sense of understanding in the options customers have and then decide which loan program that best suits their families as well as lives. John feels that even once these decisions are made, customers should still know that they can reach out to him at any time with additional comments or concerns, and expect a response from him within the same day.
