To earn the 2.76% APY* bonus rate and have free ATM transactions nationwide, here's all you need to do every qualification cycle (see table below for cycle periods):

-Have at least 10 MasterMoney debit card purchases post to your account

-Have at least one direct deposit or automated clearing house (ACH) debit transaction

-Register for online banking

-Enroll and receive account statements electronically (e-statements) 

Monthly Qualification Cycle Periods

 *The 2.76% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is paid on balances*** between $0.00 and $49,999.99, and 0.35% APY paid on all amounts $50,000 and above each qualification cycle the minimum requirements (10 MasterMoney Debit Card Purchases, one Direct Deposit or ACH auto debit, receive account statements electronically, log on to CSB Internet Banking) are met.  Debit card purchases must post to your account during the qualification cycle ending one banking day prior to the last day of the month.  If you do not meet the requirements per cycle, your account will still function as a free checking account earning 0.15% APY however, it will not receive a refund of ATM fees charged by others during that time period.  We may change the interest rate and APY at any time.  Current rate effective 9/9/09.  No minimum balance required to maintain the account.  Minimum deposit of $10 required to open the account.  Available to Personal Accounts only.  No monthly service charge.  **Unlimited ATM fee refunds if requirements are met.  ***Balances calculated using the Daily Balance method and interest compounded monthly.

Preferred Checking

The Preferred Checking account adds more premium benefits to the long list of great features that our other checking account options share. Benefits like free bill payer, higher ATM and debit card limits, a greater discount on loan programs, fewer fees, and special promotion offers. Plus, you'll earn competitive dividends on your entire collected account balance every day you maintain minimum account balances of just $15,000 or more in any combination of deposit or loan balances, including mortgages.

 Basic Checking

Open a Basic Checking Account with direct deposit and say goodbye to monthly fees, minimum balance requirements and per-check charges - you could really save a bundle.

Dividend Checking

With Dividend Checking, you will earn competitive dividends on the entire collected account balance every day you maintain a daily checking account balance of just $800 or more. There is a low monthly fee if your balance drops below the required minimum. In addition, you get all the benefits of CSB Basic Checking and free unlimited non-CSB ATM transactions.

Get Real Checking

We created the Get Real program to help young adults manage their independence and financial freedom. The Get Real Checking Account offers the option of joint ownership. Along with a free checking and savings account, Get Real offers the option of a low-interest personal loan (must be at least 18 years of age) with interest-only payments required the first year and principal repayment beginning the second year. Young adults enrolled in the Get Real program are also eligible to attend free seminars from Consumer Credit Counseling and will receive free educational material.
