As of January 18, 2010, our Bank by Phone Service will have new, easier menu options, giving you greater accessibility to your accounts!  Familiarize yourself with the new menu

With CSB's enhanced Bank by Phone you can access your accounts using your touch-tone phone for free! Save time, postage and money 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Just call 978-365-3713 and you can:

  • Check the current balance on your CSB account(s).
  • Review checks that have been paid on your account.
  • Check the date and amount of your last deposit received.
  • Review ATM and Debit Card activity.
  • Check current rates available on any CSB deposit or loan account.
  • Locate your nearest CSB branch.

  • Transfer between your statement accounts including Checking, Savings or Money Market*.
  • Transfer from your statement account to make a loan payment.

* Please refer to CSB's current Disclosure Statement for Electronic Fund Transfer Services for limitations that apply to frequency of transfers with money market and statement savings accounts.
