Collections Manager

Clinton Savings is currently seeking an experienced Collections Manager to manage all aspects of the loan collection function, including prompt customer contact; the formulation of acceptable repayment arrangements and plans; and the initiation of legal action when necessary and the supervision and development of staff. Our Collections Manager also oversees the management and disposition of other real estate owned, property in possession and repossessed assets and works closely with bank attorneys on collection matters, bankruptcies, foreclosures and workouts.

Requirements:

5+ years of progressive experience in bank collections and OREO management
A Bachelor's degree and or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Management experience required.
Requires knowledge of banking, with a concentration in collections, bankruptcies, foreclosures and OREO management. Requires specific knowledge of consumer collection and bankruptcy laws and regulations.
Strong communication, leadership and management skills.

Assistant Branch Manager

Clinton Savings Bank is seeking a highly qualified, experienced banking professional for the position of Assistant Branch Manger. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is committed to delivering excellent internal and external service.

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the supervision of all branch operations and sales efforts. Maximizes sales and service in the branch by training staff on all new products and promotions. Assists in managing team performance through motivation, monitoring and coaching, contributing to written performance appraisals of staff. Originates and closes consumer loan applications. Prepares and submits standard reports to meet deadlines. The Assistant Branch Manager will be the acting Branch Manager in their absence. Our Assistant Branch Manager must be a team player and foster teamwork.

Demonstrated success in leading and motivating others in performance and sales. Strong written organizational and time management skills. A high degree of motivation, an exemplary attitude and commitment to service. Customer service and computer experience skills needed. Associates degree and one year supervisory / management experience. Banking experience required.

Teller Supervisor

We are currently accepting applications for a Teller Supervisor. This is an excellent career opportunity for experienced individuals committed to leading a team in delivering excellent customer service.

Our Teller Supervisors are responsible for day-to-day supervision of tellers in a branch environment. Duties include assuring the delivery of quality service at the teller level, overseeing operational/security functions, resolving problems, developing staff and coaching for optimum performance.

Requirements: Two years of recent Retail Banking experience. A thorough understanding of Bank Retail products, services and regulations. New account opening experience a plus. We seek a highly organized experienced individual with strong oral and written communication and time management skills. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
